The Foundations Course introduces you to mindfulness and meditation practices that help you engage your mind and body, assess your physical and emotional state, and release pain and stress. 

Deep Dives become available upon completing the Foundations Course. Have you found mindfulness exercises effective in the past four weeks? Here is a place to deepen your practice with new techniques and explore different holistic approaches to chronic pain such as yoga for arthritis, tai chi, mindful movement, self-compassion, nutrition, and sleep.

Daily Mindful Practices include a variety of guided meditations that slow down your mind and body. Practicing these calming techniques will cultivate greater self-awareness, and over time you will develop the skills to track patterns of pain and interrupt them with grounding exercises.
